A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at a site district in Suwon District Court on August 28, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 29, 2015.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings, and theft;

A. On December 15, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the beauty art room operated by the victim D, the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) stolen, with one copy of the passbook owned by the said victim, after intrusion into the beauty art room through the outer entrance of the beauty art room opened.

B. On December 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was stolen and possessed at the central point of Ulsan Livestock Co., Ltd. located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, one-way 28, and the cash withdrawal period managed by the Nonghyup of the Victim Livestock Co., Ltd. established therein; and (b) was stolen and possessed as described in the foregoing A.

2. Larceny and attempted larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On January 10, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim G, operated by Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, with the entrance opened in order to repair the facility; and (b) cut off two copies of the passbook owned by the said victim.

B. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) was stolen and possessed, as described in the foregoing A, in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim Nonghyup AFFF at the 29 U.S. AFF branch in Ulsan-gu U.S., Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do. 00.

G’s entry of the head of the Tong in the name of G, and entry of one million won and passwords into the withdrawn amount, thereby withdrawing cash, but attempted to steal it, but did not achieve the intention on the wind that does not meet the password.

3. On January 17, 2016, the Defendant came to a “J” restaurant operated by the victim I located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu around 23:00.
