Reasons

In fact, the lessor, the Defendant of the lessor (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the lessee (hereinafter referred to as “B”) enter into a lease agreement on the following indicated real estate owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “A”):
