1. The defendant shall hold 3/11 shares, 2/11 shares, 3/11 shares, 3/11 shares, 2/11 shares, from the plaintiff A:

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 16, 1970, Dong G completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Ownership with respect to the forest land of 11,107 square meters (hereinafter “one land before the division”) and I forest land of 8,529 square meters (hereinafter “two land before the division”).

B. Upon the death of the deceased G, the Defendant, one of them, succeeded to 2/9 of the 1 and 2 lands before the division on March 2, 1975. On November 15, 1993, as to the 1/9 shares of J on August 20, 1985, K’s 2/9 shares and 1/9 shares of L, M, N, andO on November 6, 1993, completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Defendant’s name as to the whole 1 and 2 lands before the division.

C. On July 4, 2011, one land before subdivision was subject to registration conversion into 10,931 square meters of P forest land, and was divided into Q10,161 square meters of forest land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table on the real estate list (hereinafter “instant one land”) and 770 square meters of P forest. The said P forest was changed from July 11, 201 to a land category on or around July 11, 201, and became subject to 770 square meters prior to the date indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table on the real estate list (hereinafter “instant two land”).

Before subdivision, the land was subject to registration conversion into 8,841 square meters on July 4, 201, and was divided into 2,411 square meters of R forest and 2,411 square meters on July 8, 201, and 6,430 square meters of S forest and 6,430 square meters on the attached Table No. 4 of the Real Estate List. The said R forest and 2,411 square meters on July 11, 201, changed the category of land around July 11, 201 and became R No. 2,411 square meters on the attached Table No. 3 of the Real Estate List (hereinafter “instant three land”).

E. Around September 10, 1968, the network T (hereinafter “the network”) purchased and received part of the 1,2 land before subdivision from U in turn and the 73, 74, 75, 76, and 73 of the [Attachment 7, 74, 75, 76, and 73 of the land of this case on the land of this case on the following order: (a) the portion of the 54 square meters of housing and the 77, 78, 79, 80, and 77 of the same drawing; and (b) the portion of the 68 square meters of housing connected each point on the 57, 78, 79, 70, 71, 72, and 69 of the same drawing.
