A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On May 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on June 8, 2017, and the sentence became final and conclusive on June 8, 2017, and is still under suspended execution.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
