Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2015Gohap531] Around 18:50 on January 25, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the following grounds: (a) around 18:50 on the 15th day of Kimhae-si, the issue of piling up the goods in front of the said shop; (b) during the dispute with the victim E (the age of 47), the Defendant’s hair was shakend with the Defendant’s hair; and (c) the wheels of the hand, etc. was set up against the act of the victim, such as the victim, and was hicking the victim’s hair, etc., and was hicked with the victim’s finger, etc., with the victim’s hand, at one time the victim’s left part with the bad hand.

[2015Gohap64] On October 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on the street that he operated in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si; (b) caused water supply charges that he had not been paid while conducting funeral in the same building before the victim F (the age of 65) was changed; (c) however, the Defendant had already paid to the victim’s wife and refused to do so; (d) caused a collision with one another on the ground that the Defendant had already paid the victim’s wife, and caused damage to the head’s character of the head part, which requires approximately 14 days of medical treatment, to the victim with his flash and flash.
