A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months on the grounds of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Suwon Flag method Board, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 15, 2014.

around 23:35 on October 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle of about 7 km from the Jincheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon to the 193 House "Seoul Bupyeong-gu church" in front of the third distance intersection without the driver's license.

The Defendant, around 18:42 on August 6, 2017, 2017, at the IPC room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the victim J was set up in the smoking room and stolen with one cell phone in the order of 6 S6 when the market value of the victim owned by the victim is equivalent to 9.80,000 won.

On July 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:02 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant entered the 62,276 won (e.g., 62,276 won) of the green car ID and password into the company’s cell phone display case, including the credit card (L) information of K living together with him/her at the Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) as if he/she were the legitimate (ju), and paid the f2,276 won (e.g., 11 times in total) by using other unlawful means; and (c) during the period from around that time to July 21, 2016, the Defendant discovered 713,924 won in total through other unlawful means, and traded with the credit card in the name of K using other person’s credit card information.
