Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while working in around April 2014 in the Foundation B, settled the expenses relating to the business trip with a credit card in the name of C, but it may be a problem that the Defendant did not use the card in the process of applying for the payment of departure equipment.

I thought that I would like to forge the credit card sales slips.

1. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) connected to the Incorporated Foundation B located in Yong-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, to the website of the Green Car Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nguk”) by using computers; (b) visited C’s IDs; and (c) searched C credit cards stored on the website on April 7, 2014, “On-line Credit Card Sales List” and kept them on the computer screen; and (d) cut them in a picture.

The Defendant stated “BC card”, “E”, “C”, “C”, “C”, “F”, “F”, “F” in the item column of the date and time of transaction in the card type column, and “F”, “Nk’s name column,” and “Nk’s name column,” respectively in the aggregate column of the amount of taxation, and “(27,000 won” and “(State)” in the supplier’s trade column. The Defendant, using a computer’s “forest board” program, entered “C” in the “C,” the name of the purchaser, “A,” and “C,” and then printed out the “BC card” as its name.

The Defendant continued to modify the “C” column in the name of the buyer in the same manner as “A” in Chapter 5 of the “E-mail of online credit card sales slips” issued in the name of the Defendant (State) and then output the “A” respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant is in the name of the owner of a private document (state) on proof of facts.
