Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company running the insurance business.
B. On October 20, 2006, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
C. From October 1, 2007 to September 24, 2012, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 317 days as indicated below. Under the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received KRW 20,881,963 from the Plaintiff based on the instant insurance contract.
