1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 362,406,00 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from January 21, 2015 to June 24, 2015.

Basic Facts

The Defendants: (a) on May 7, 2009, in order to newly construct an agricultural product storage warehouse on a parcel outside the H of the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the owner: I: (b) the area of the land: 5,615 square meters; (c) the area of the building: 790 square meters; (d) the total area: 790 square meters; (c) the storage of agricultural products, the structure of the steel-frame, the number of floors: (a) the general steel structure, the number of floors;

From October 15, 2009 to December 201, the Defendants: (a) performed the construction of a farm site on the instant land; (b) performed the construction of a farm site on the said land; (c) performed the construction of the entire land including agricultural product storage site; (d) filled up the lower area of the entire land, including the site for the agricultural product storage site; and (e) filled up the secondary wall of the instant land (e.g., the height of the sea surface: 79.42-79.64m, the height of the ground surface: 5-9m, the length: 91.5m; hereinafter referred to as “the secondary wall of this case”) on the north side of the instant land; and (e) filled up the secondary wall of the instant land with the L-type retaining wall of this case (the height of sea surface; 82.6m; 35m; hereinafter referred to as “the instant L-type retaining wall”).

On July 4, 2012, the Defendants concluded a sales contract with the Plaintiff, which sells 6,783 square meters according to the cadastral status survey map among 5,748 square meters in J farm site in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and 13,437 square meters in K forest and 1,39,810,000 square meters in accordance with the cadastral status survey.

(C) On November 30, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded a sales contract with regard to the pertinent J farm site of KRW 4,917 square meters and forest land of KRW 1,626 square meters as the said site was divided into KRW 1,051,943,50 on November 30, 2012, with regard to KRW 1,051,917 square meters, and KRW 347,86,500 on KRW 1,626 on KRW 1,626 on KRW 347,86,50.

(2) The Defendants, on November 23, 2012, shall be deemed as “the instant land” and the instant land subject to the sale regardless of whether before or after the division. The Defendants, from the head of the Gun of the Busan Metropolitan City, on November 23, 2012, are the Defendants.
