The defendant is a person who drives B SP Abea car.

On February 25, 2014, at around 06:10, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the parking lot in Ansan-si, the members of Ansan-si to the front street in the apartment park located in the same Gu, to the extent of about 5km from the parking lot in Ansan-si, the members of Ansan-si to the front street in the apartment park located in the same Gu.
