A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the B-car on the front side of the member Go-dong Park in Ansan-si without obtaining a driver’s license on September 25, 2012.

2. On September 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, driving the above vehicle on or around September 21:10, and making an illegal internship on the front side of the Gosan-si Gyeongdong Park at Ansan-si.
