A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2016, at around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) reported on the fact that the Defendant was taking a bath to his employees before the main station C located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si; and (b) the police officer affiliated with the police station D police station in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Police Station D, who called the Defendant, asked the Defendant “Isk for the said three son,” and asked the Defendant “Isk for the said three son, Isk for the said E’s drinking, and continued to take a part of the said E one time at a time, and called “Isk for the said son, Isk for the said son’s drinking.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases and the prevention of crimes by police officers.
