A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

6,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant rented 1210 and 2107 of the Gu Officetel Doltel Doltel 1210 and 2107, and by posting a commercial name “F” to the “E,” which is an advertisement site of a commercial sex dealing business establishment, the Defendant intended to arrange commercial sex acts by inserting the propy of the commercial sex dealing women, the price and telephone number of the commercial sex dealing business, etc.

After violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediation of Commercial Sex Acts (mediation of commercial sex acts, etc.), the Defendant reported and promised on a site advertisement, including “E,” from January 28, 2016 to February 28, 2016, and led a large number of unspecified customers discovered by the Defendant to be waiting for a female female G (V, 16 years of age, H) employed by the Defendant for commercial sex acts (V, 16 years of age, e.g., the instant officetel 2107, where the Defendant is waiting to engage in commercial sex acts.

Defendant: (a) had G engage in sexual intercourse on an average five occasions a day and at least the 15th day of each month; and (b) received 13-150,000 won per time from customers to engage in sexual intercourse; and (c) among them, the Defendant was granted KRW 3-50,000 won per sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic with regard to I (e.g., brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) was committed and promised to report a site advertisement including “E” four times from around February 29, 2016 to March 2, 2016, and the Defendant provided guidance to, under 1210, the above officetel 1210, a woman I (e.g., woman I, 33 years old, and YJ) of sexual traffic employed by the Defendant, and let I conduct sexual intercourse, and received 140,000 won per sexual traffic from customers, and among them, the Defendant received 50,000 won per sexual traffic from the customers, under the name of know-how.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
