A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1, 5, 10, 11 and 12 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for special bodily injury at the Busan District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) (hereinafter “E”), from January 25, 2017 to February 16, 2017, placed an advertisement with the trade name of “E” through “D” on the website, from around Busan Dong-gu Ctel 317 and 515, from around January 25, 2017 to around February 16, 2017, and sent the said women of sexual traffic to the men who wish to contact with

A person who has arranged sexual traffic by receiving 140,000 won or more in return for doing sexual intercourse and receiving 50,000 won or more from among them as a broker fee.

On February 16, 2017, around 20:45, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by the following means: (a) around 20:45, the Defendant received KRW 140,00 from the F, who reported and contacted the above Internet advertisements, as the price for commercial sex acts; (b) mediated commercial sex acts between January 25, 2017 to February 16, 2017, and (c) received KRW 50,000 from the F, who received KRW 1,40 as the price for commercial sex acts; and (d) received KRW 50,00 from the F, who received the payment for commercial sex

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the Busan East-gu Office C Officetel, the Defendant: (b) received a notice of the crime of engaging in sexual traffic brokerage from the head of the police station H in Busan, which was in operation, to regulate the act of arranging sexual traffic, such as Paragraph (1) by pretending to the back seat of the front seat of the passenger car operated by the Defendant; and (c) received a demand for the said vehicle to stop the said vehicle; (d) on the other hand, the Defendant refused to comply with the demand; and (e) committed assault, such as I’s snow part of the vehicle to evade arrest of the flagrant offender while driving the said vehicle at approximately 50 meters away from the front seat of the Busan East-gu Office.

Accordingly, the defendant arrested a flagrant offender and commits crimes against police officers.
