The defendant shall pay 12,898,292 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 18, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap 1, 7, and 10 through 14 (including branch numbers), and the whole purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff is the owner of Kimpo-si 306, Kimpo-si 306 (hereinafter "the plaintiff), the defendant is the owner of the above Dara 506 (hereinafter "the above Dara 506"), the water leakage of the above 506 from June 2012 to 306, and the defendant executed the toilet water construction of this case around July 2012. However, even around August 2012, 506, the plaintiff again caused water leakage of this case 306 to 306 to 306, and the fact that the above 1929, 198, 208, 209, 208, 206, 506, 206, 306, and 306, 2012.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 12,898,292 won and 20% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff to the day of complete payment in lieu of the defect repair work due to the water leakage of this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
