A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 06:40 on August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, sent a free door door to a car parked on the road; (b) was asked by the head E of the police station affiliated with the Seoul Seodaemun-gu Police Station D District Zone D, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 during the disturbance, asked the question of whether “Isson work” is “Isson’s work”; and (c) bread the police officer’s face for drinking, without any justifiable reason.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.

2. On the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under the above paragraph (1), and at around 07:30 of the same day, the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Police Station was waiting in the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Police Station’s Human Protection Office, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and complaining of inconvenience in the destruction of the body. The F belonging to the above police station went to the Defendant to re-ordinate the location of the Defendant’s locks.

That said, the Defendant expressed that the Defendant she was salved to the above victim police officers, and expressed that the Defendant was salved, “I am hyth, n.e., this son,” and that the victim’s left salvine was salved by the two left sons, which require approximately five weeks of medical treatment, and caused the victim’s injury, such as the balpoid sal

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to the investigation of crimes, and at the same time injured the victim.
