The judgment below

In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to the invalidity of indication of official duties among the facts charged in the instant case, and there is no error by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime

Meanwhile, although the prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, there is no specific reason in the petition of appeal as to the guilty portion, and the appellate brief does not contain any grounds for objection.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
