Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2015, at around 10:11, the Defendant driven a license without a bicycle license, from approximately 700 meters from a 55-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, 23, to a 471-ro, from a 55-ro, Gosi, Seoul, to a 471-ro, to a 700-ro, the Defendant was driving without a bicycle license for a motor device.
