Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs a singran business in the trade name of D from the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C underground.

1. Any person who violates the Food Sanitation Act (unauthorized dan) shall obtain permission from the head of the competent Gu when he/she intends to run a dan business;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities on June 20, 2017, operated a singroom business by having the area of about 35 square meters from the above D, equipped with studio five and studio for each room with the table table and singing room, etc., and selling the sum of KRW 24 Byung and KRW 120,000,000 to customers who found the place, and by having them singing with music using video sound facilities.
