Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual owner of the interest of the manager of the “C” dan in Gangnam-gu Seoul High Ground Group B.

1. A person who intends to operate an entertainment mainly business without permission shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each type of business or each place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on February 7, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining permission to engage in an entertainment shop business, was equipped with 5 entertainment facilities, including 118.82 square meters of the above dan 118.82 square meters, and operated an entertainment shop business, such as drinking alcohol, singing, and dancing with four customers, including E, who are entertainment workers.

2. No one shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide entertainment services at a place where food entertainment business is conducted for profit;

Nevertheless, at around 01:00 on February 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with four customers, such as E, and arranged them by allowing them to engage in entertainment for customers by singing or dancing; (b) around 01:00, the Defendant arranged for the said D and F (50 years of age), G (44 years of age), and H (46 years of age).
