A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
Around 05:00 on August 20, 2013, the Defendant was running ahead of the D convenience store in the Gumi-si, America, and the Defendant brought a dispute with the victim E (the 19-year old-old-age-old-age-age-age-age-related behaviors, and brought the victim's head at one time while doing a dangerous thing at the above convenience store. The Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as throst in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.
