Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a citizen of Mongolia who is staying in Korea.

On March 6, 2019, around 15:20 on March 6, 2019, the Defendant applied for a subject examination to obtain a Class 1 ordinary driver's license in the Dobong driver's license test site located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of acquiring a Class 1 ordinary driver's license in the Dobong driver's license test site located in 1449, and applied for a subject examination by showing the problem of the subject examination to the other party

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the public official's performance of duties on the test supervision of driver's license.
