Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2016, at around 13:57, the Defendant applied for a driver's license license to be conducted at the test site for the driver's license of Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S. On the 342, U.S., the Defendant responded to the test in a way that sees the photographs of the expected questions in the course of study taken in advance with his own cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the Road Traffic Authority's driver's license inspector under the National Police Agency, which is a national administrative agency for the above examination.
