A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. At around 04:05 on February 8, 2012, the Defendant sent a cell phone to the victim E (the age of 34) living together by using a mobile phone, “The Defendant: (a) was frighted to this solitary type; (b) was frighted to this solitary form; and (c) was fright to this solitary form; (d) was fright to this day; and (e) was fright to arcing soarcing, I would like to look back to a social life; (b) was sent to the victim by asking the victim about how her body from 2 years of age to 3 years of age; and (c) was fright to the victim’s body, such as frightencing text messages, from 1 to 10 years of age to 3 years of age; and (d) was removed from the victim’s body by asking the victim’s end on the day on which the victim’s body begins, regardless of how to open the victim’s body.”

2. On September 20, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on September 20, 201, the Defendant assaulted the victim on 19 occasions from around 02:03 of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fteltel 1003, and from around 34 years of age, the victim E living together (hereinafter referred to as “the victim”) was able to wear clothes on the chair, without any justifiable reason, when the victim was boomed with the victim’s her seat and her hand, and when she was boomed with the victim’s her seat, the Defendant assaulted the victim on 19 occasions from around 3:00 to March 7, 2012.

3. The injured defendant around 16:00 on March 9, 2012, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment 402 Dong 205, and at the same time, the injured defendant E (the female, the age of 35) living together.
