Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On November 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for the crime of interference with business at the Jeonju District Court on June, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2017, and is still under suspended sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On April 8, 2019, at around 00:30, the Defendant informed the taxi engineer boarding the Defendant on the road in front of Jeju City B building of the trade name, and assaulted the victim C (the age of 72) of a stick stick for visually impaired who was carrying a trial expense to display the body of the said victim, lose the center, take the face and head part of the said victim’s face and head part of the said victim’s body, and take the victim’s face and head part in drinking.
2. Interference with business;
A. On April 8, 2019, around 15:10 on April 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a bath at the “F cafeteria” operated by the victim E (the age of 41) in Jeju, without any justifiable reason, to a large level, such as “Chos.”, “two years”, and “we must tear.” and (b) let the customers entering the said cafeteria leave the cafeteria, thereby obstructing the said victim’s restaurant business by force.

On April 10, 2019, around 15:36 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim G-si (53 years old) to leave the toilet to the above victim; (b) however, the Defendant had been driving on the road in the city and is likely to cause a safety accident in consideration of the Defendant’s condition, etc., who is the visually impaired, and was in charge of driving on the road in the city; and (c) demanded the above victim to read, “I am in the city, I am, I am in this direction; (d) “I am, I am in the city, I am in the city, I am in the police station”; and (d) “I am in the city, I am in the city, I am in the city, I am in the city, I am in order to pay the money in his possession to the above victim,” and “I do not have to do so.”
