Punishment of the crime
[Common Criminal Power] On June 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on January 21, 2019.

1. Around 18:57 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed the attitude that the Defendant would inflict any harm on the victim’s body, such as hinginging the victim’s eye on the part of the victim, i.e., a tree, which is a dangerous object on the convenience store, on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim said that “the victim was able to drink a flat drinking within the D convenience store operated by the victim B (the age of 48) in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, which was operated by the victim B (the age of 48).”

Paragraph 1., while leaving the convenience store, and carrying about about 94 cm pipe of Aluminium (94 cm in length) that is dangerous articles set up by the Defendant on the entrance table, as hand, again entering the convenience store, and leaving the body and head of Aluminum pipe into the convenience store, resulting in injury to the victim, such as brain, requiring a medical treatment for about 14 days.

4. On June 7, 2019, at around 22:20, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) provided meals at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu apartment apartment building F; (b) provided the victim’s bath to read “Isk, rings, and Isk you can see”; and (c) took the victim’s bath to read “Isk, rings, and Isk you can see”; and (d) interfered with the victim’s restaurant operation by force for approximately 30 minutes.
5. The defendant is guilty.
