Punishment of the crime

1. On January 7, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant destroyed an unregistered property at the market price by spreading test-free drinking water on the door door, windows, and outer walls of the victim C, which were laid down before the victim’s residence in Busan Northern-gu B apartment, 405 dong 1506, that he had been living in his house before the victim’s residence.

2. Around January 23, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the unclaimed property at the market price by spreading verification-type drinking water for the reasons and methods as stated in the preceding 1. B apartment house in Busan Northern-gu, and the victim C’s residence in 405 Dong 1506, prior to the victim C’s residence.

3. On January 26, 2018, the Defendant damaged an unregistered property in the market by spreading test-free drinking water on the entrance and outer wall before the victim C’s residence, 405 Dong-dong, and 1506, around a low time.

4. On May 7, 2018, around the new wall, the Defendant destroyed an unregistered property in the market by hanging the victim’s house before his/her house in front of the victim’s residence No. 405 Do 1508, in a manner that it damages the door door, windows, and outer walls of the city.

5. Around June 5, 2018, the Defendant damaged an unregistered property in the market by spreading test-free drinking water on the outer wall of the corridor in front of the victim D’s residence, 405 Dong 1508.
