Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 7, 2011, the Defendant was sent from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office to the juvenile protection case due to special larceny, etc., and was sentenced to suspension of indictment for the same kind of crime and transfer of juvenile protection case seven times. The Defendant conspired to steal cash, money, valuables, cellphones, etc. by returning vehicles parked on the road along with E, F, G, H, I, I, and J, N, N, N, N, N and N, and return to a soup bank, soup bank, elementary school sports center, park, and ma
1. Around 01:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant came to know that the loss of a vehicle parked at the front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, was not corrected compared to the loss of the vehicle that was parked on the road. On the other hand, the Defendant reported the network, and the Defendant came to open the door of the above vehicle, and stolen the vehicle with KRW 1,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim, and one credit card of the National Bank.
In addition, the Defendant, alone or jointly with E, F, G, H, I, and J, attempted to steals cash and goods on more than 31 occasions during the period from April 11, 201 to May 15, 2014, as shown in attached Table 1 (excluding Nos. 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 21, 31, 31).

On May 14, 2014, the Defendant in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, along with H and G, committed as if he were the legitimate licensee of the Franchising’s credit card, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, to the victim P, who is an employee of the above convenience store, presented the stolen credit card to pay the price. The Defendant acquired the stolen credit card by being provided with 200,000 won Kim Fab amounting to 2,00 won at the market price from the victim.
In addition, the defendant conspired with H and G, from around that time to 01:57 on the same day, 6 times in total as shown in attached Table 2.
