Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and three months, and fine of two hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 200, the Defendant received a disposition to transfer juvenile protective disposition case from a branch office of the Seoul District Public Prosecutor's Office as a special larceny, and on June 5, 2001, the Defendant received a disposition to transfer juvenile protective disposition case from the same branch office to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and habitually;

1. On November 25, 200, around 02:00, the victim E, parked in the front side of the D cafeteria located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a 50 cc scooters, which was possessed by the victim E, and was in possession of an amount equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price of one unit, shall be stolen by driving on the same eight occasions, such as the part of the attached list of crimes (1) in the same manner as in paragraph (1) of the attached list of crimes;

2. On December 26, 2000, in combination with F around 23:00, finds out an amount equivalent to KRW 1.3 million at the first market price of the victim H-owned non-registered 90 cc., the victim H parked at the front of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. The F reported the network by the same method, and the Defendant, driving at the time with the same method and driving at the same time twice as in the attached list of crimes (2) as well as in the attached list of crimes;

3. On November 15, 200, in collaboration with I and J around 01:0 on November 15, 2003, discover an amount equivalent to KRW 600,000,00 of the market price of the victim L, parked therein, and I and J, together with the victim L, and the Defendant commits theft by driving in the same manner;

4. On January 18, 2004, in combination with F, I, J, and N around 03:20 around F, I, J, and N, found that the unregistered forest camera was parked in the 2nd Dong-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and the 715th ASEAN Hyundai Apartment Atlank, and found that the 50cc sib, which was parked therein, was 1.5 million won at the first market price, and the F, I, J, and N reported the network together with the Defendant, and the Defendant stolen by driving it in the same manner;

5. The defendant does not obtain a motor device bicycle driver's license, and the defendant is from the date and time places specified in paragraphs (1), (2), and (4) of the crime sight list to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government OW, the defendant's dwelling.
