Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The telephone financial fraud organization (one-time “Sing”) is divided into two roles: (a) the organization operates a call center in China; (b) the organization transfers money to a designated account under the pretext of lending arrangement, etc. to many unspecified people within the territory of the Republic of Korea; or (c) the employees of the call center who have sent money to a financial institution by himself/herself, under the pretext of false statement, such as the name of the account holder’s account to be used for the crime of singing out, lending money to the designated account; (d) the account holder’s account to be used for the crime of singishing; (e) the remittance of money to the account holder’s account; and (e) the account holder’s account to withdraw the damaged amount; and (e) the cash collection account to collect
The names of the instant victims were those who operate, remit, withdraw, or prohibit the call center as a member of the telephone financial fraud assistance staff, and the Defendant was in contact with the victims, who received the damage amount from the victims, and played a role of “cash collection” to deposit money with the account designated by the victims of the failure to receive the damage amount from the victims.
1. Frauding;
A. On May 29, 2019, the Defendant sent a letter of loan advertisement to the victim’s lending consultation by sending the letter of loan advertisement “I wish to receive money from the beneficiary who was known in D, but will receive money from the beneficiary who borrowed money from the company to the designated account.” On June 12, 2019, the name defecter shall receive KRW 150,000 per day. On June 11, 2019, the Defendant called the victim E and sent the letter of loan advertisement to the victim “I would be able to receive an application for credit guarantee funds for happiness of the Korean Asset Management Corporation through the personal credit rating system after confirming the amount and interest rate.”
