1. Defendant A

A. On January 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) written a false statement on the fact that it was in a place where it is unknown at the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) around January 2, 2019, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim E who visited D sites to sell a mobile phone and sold S9 when galloning, although there is no intention or ability to sell the mobile phone; and (c) reported and contacted the statement to the victim E, who sent the price for goods, “I would send S9 when galloning.”

Around January 2, 2019, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000,000 won in the F account under the name of B as the price for goods, and 70,000 won in total from the same account around January 4, 2019, and received 370,000 won in total from the victims over 19 times in total as shown in the attached crime list 1.

B. Around February 1, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim I who reported and contacted the above writing stating that “I would forward the 290,000 won if he/she wired the 2,000 won to the victim.” However, even if the Defendant received the payment from the victim, he/she did not have the intent or ability to sell the goods to the victim. Ultimately, the Defendant received KRW 290,000 from the victim’s account in the name of H bank (Account number: K) on the same day, and received KRW 290,00 from the victim, and then transferred the money from H to the account in the name of H on February 2, 2019.”
