A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle B B B B atluri.

On July 5, 2020, at around 01:08, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.140% and proceeded along the four-lane road in the front of the Yansan City, Ansan-si, the front side of the D, which is located in the Yansan City, with a two-lane distance from the front side of the Kansan-si, and changed the course into one-lane.

2. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant was given a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at an Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Although the Defendant violated the provision prohibiting drinking driving as above, the Defendant driven B B B B B luri-ri vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.140% from the underground parking lot of H cafeteria Building G located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Busan-si to around 6km from around 01:08 to the same time I road in the same time.
