The reasons why the court of first instance is citing this case are identical to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult for the defendant to conclude a different conclusion only with materials additionally submitted by the court of first instance, thereby citing them as they are in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
