1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as the entry in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiffs' principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim are accepted within the scope of recognition of the judgment of the court of first instance for each reason, and the plaintiffs' remaining principal lawsuit and the defendant's remaining counterclaim are dismissed for each reason. The judgment of the court of first instance is justified with this conclusion, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all appeals against the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim.
