A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The seized kitchen(No. 1), excessive (No. 2), knife(No. 3), and soft(No. 3).

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of public duties for 8 months by obstructing the performance of public duties in the Gwangju District Court's Branch on February 15, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2016.

1. Around June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol pursuant to “D” 302, which is the Defendant’s residence in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si; (b) the victim E (60 years of age) who is the owner of the said D, was under the influence of alcohol and was under the influence of alcohol, and was under the influence of the victim for excessive (12cc in length of the knife).

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

C. The death of the deceased.
