A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The number of government offices in Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office No. 2014, No. 136 shall be increased.

Punishment of the crime

around 10:00 on July 11, 2014, the Defendant collected a knife (23 cm in total length, 12 cm in length) which is a deadly weapon at the victim's left-hand body (12 cm in knife length, 12 cm in knife length) from the Defendant's house located in Gongju-si on the ground that the Defendant's Doer (niff, 30 years of age) who is his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her father would take away from his/her family members to his/her swimming, and want to take a knife his/her knife with his/her family members.

2. The crime on April 16, 2015;

A. On April 16, 2015, at around 09:00, the Defendant took the attitude that the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous object on the ground that the head of the Tong takes the horse where the head of the Tong is located in the same place as that of paragraph (1), refers to “the head of the household with the victim F,” and took the attitude that the kitchen knife seems to be a kitchen knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim F with the victim F.

B. The Defendant asked the victim E to pay the money of the passbook to the family counselor at the same place immediately after the crime of the above paragraph (a) above, but asked the victim E not to be the victim E, and there is a cosmetic glass disease ( approximately 19cm in length, approximately 4cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object in the victim E.
