A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant got living in the Japan Island and experienced economic difficulties, and tried to steals the goods stored in the vehicle from among parked vehicles with no correction of the vehicle text.

1. A thief: (a) around November 19, 2014, the Defendant confirmed that the car text of D EM5 (SM5) owned by D, which was parked in the parking lot of building C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, had no correction; (b) opened a door of the said car; and (c) opened a new bank credit card in the name of the victim F, which was kept in the said place; and (d) stolen the car at least ten times from around that time to March 2, 2015, with the victim’s property, such as cash, etc., which was kept in the said place.

2. From November 19, 2014 to March 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased one half of the amount equivalent to KRW 418,00 from the “I” store operated by the victim H of the victim H in Y in Y in Y of YY-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul. A new bank credit card in the name of F, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), presented to the victim as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s credit card holder, and settled the said half amount. The Defendant, as described in the attached Table 2, including the use of the stolen credit card, one half of which was received from the victim and used the stolen credit card, and used the stolen credit card at least six times from that time until March 2, 2015.

3. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) purchased two half of the amount equivalent to KRW 410,000 from the “L” precious metal store operated by the victim K in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) completed the new card in the name of M, as described in No. 1 No. 5 of the annexed List 1, as the Defendant’s credit card.
