1.With respect to the Plaintiff, the Defendant Republic of Korea shall be KRW 27 million for the Plaintiff, and the Defendant E-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-I-A-I-A-I-I-U-I-U-I-U-U-U.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 12, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff and Defendant Republic of Korea with the following content (hereinafter “Article 1 insurance contract”).

(B) Article 1204 of the Insurance Policy No. 1204, the Insurance Policy Number B, the Insured (except at the time of death), the Plaintiff’s insurance coverage period from March 12, 2012 to December 2, 2022), the main contents of the payment of cancer treatment insurance, which are the main contract terms and conditions stipulated in the Insurance Contract No. 1, are as follows.
