Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2017, the Defendant committed assault, such as cutting off and taking a part in the influence of alcohol and taking part in the surrounding vehicle at the front of the Sungsan-si, Sungwon-si, Sungsan-si, the Defendant: (a) juncing a motor vehicle by a police box affiliated with the police box of the Changwon-gu, the Defendant reported 112; (b) juncing and arriving at the scene; (c) juncing the patrol vehicle by hand; (d) juncing the police box E while taking part in the patrol vehicle; and (e) juncing the face of the police boat E by taking part in the police boat E while taking part in the patrol.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
