Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2013, at around 19:06, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.158% at a section of about 50 meters from the Do in front of the third-distance main line in the Dong-gu Dong-gu, Gwangju to the front day of the entrance of Jinia, located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Gwangju.
