Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went to the 6th election district of the 323,323,989 won of the Plaintiff’s debt owed to creditors I; (b) on May 23, 2014, the Defendant entered the 6th election district of the 323,323,323,989 won of the Plaintiff’s debt owed to creditors I; (c) on May 23, 2014, at the office of the G Election Commission located in F, the Defendant distributed the book-type election campaign bulletin to be distributed to the voters of the said 4th election district; and (d) on May 23, 2014, the Defendant stated that the 323,323,989 won of the Plaintiff’s debt owed to the creditors, including the 68,684,35 won of the 18th election campaign, and that the 4th election campaign was distributed to all other 309,000 square tickets.

Accordingly, for the purpose of election, the defendant announced false facts about the property and career of the candidate.
