Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 22:40 on October 15, 2012, the Defendant, while drunk in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, committed assault against the victims due to the following reasons: (a) the victims C (nin, 26 years of age), and D (24 years of age) that she was drunk in the same direction; (b) the victim C’s face is sealed; (c) the victim’s face is spited; (d) the victim’s face is spited; and (e) the victim’s face is frighted; and (e) the victim’s face is spited; and (e) the victim’s face is spited.
