Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received a fine of KRW 2.5 million from the Seoul Western District Court on August 11, 2009 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 4 million from the Seoul Western District Court on August 25, 201 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

On April 25, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a alcohol content of about 800 meters from around 120-1 to the same 72-day road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the same 72-day road.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice, was driving again.
