Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) leased No. 301 on December 30, 2015, the Defendant operated a similar trading business establishment with approximately 30 square meters and 9 'E'; (b) from around that time to July 25, 2016, the Defendant received cash of KRW 80,000 (credit card of KRW 88,000) in return for the offering of similarity from male customers; (c) paid 40,000 won to female employees F (age 59) in return for the offering of similarity with male customers; and (d) assisted them to engage in a similar act with nameless male customers, thereby obtaining a total of KRW 48,532,276 business profits, etc.
As such, the Defendant committed acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
