Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of five million won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, may issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting.

Defendants, C (one day: D), E, F, G, H, and I have an office to operate the illegal gambling site in China from October 2, 2016 to July 23, 2017 in the Cheongdo of China, the Philippines, and C (one day: D) has an office to operate the "J" (site address: K LM PPR S), and the "T" (R U), and C (one day: D) has an office to manage and settle the gambling fund as the total liability for the operation of the said two gambling site; E, as the head of the night management team, has a large distribution rate for each sports sport game and has charged the game points by being transferred money from its members, and V and F, as the head of the weekly management team, have the aforementioned role as the head of the said team, and the rest of the Defendants and three members of the said team will assist the work as the members of the said team, respectively.

As above, the Defendants conspiredd from November 18, 2016 to January 5, 2017, and from May 5, 2017 to May 30, 2017, the Defendants: W apartment X-, located in the Chinese Cheongdo, and from May 30 to July 16, 2017, from May 30, 2017 to Mana (SY: 20th floor, Zho, AA), Defendant B, located in the said Chinese Cheongdo from November 18, 2016 to January 20, 2017, to deposit the said “TJ” with the game money deposited in the said sports-related sites, such as AB and AC advertising, and the money filled in the said sports-related sites, and then, to deposit the money deposited in the said domestic sports-related sites, such as the money filled in the sports-related sites, and then deposited the money filled in the said games with the 1stm.
