A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From December 18, 2006, while the Defendant had been working as an insurance designer at the branch of the main office, the Defendant, from the point of Samsung-si Co., Ltd., Ltd., which had been working as an insurance designer, forged a personal automobile insurance subscription form in the name of D with the 10th degree of relationship, and submitted it to the victim Mz Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which received solicitation fees from the victim and acquired it by fraud.
1. Around December 7, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) entered the document “D” in the column of the insurance period of the document stating “personal automobile insurance subscription” using the computer located at the branch office office of the Korea Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.; (b) from December 07, 2012 to December 24:00, 14, 2012; (c) “D (E) f2 floor at the time of racing in the insurance contract column; (d) “G H (H) 2 floor at the time of the insured column; and (d) entered “D” in the driver column in the “D” column; and (d) forged one copy of the personal automobile insurance subscription in the name of D’s name; and (d) forged the personal automobile insurance subscription in the name of “D” through the same method from June 30, 2014; and (e) forged the personal automobile insurance subscription in the name of the head of the Korea Automobile Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”).
2. The Defendant exercised the above investigation document’s personal automobile insurance subscription form under the name of D, Chapter 69, Chapter 16 of the long-term insurance subscription form, and Chapter 85 of the total amount of 85, as described in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, in the same manner as in the following: (a) the Defendant, who was aware of the forgery at the time and time, exercised the personal automobile insurance subscription form under the name of D, as if the subscription form for personal automobile insurance was duly formed as a document; and (b) around that time, from June 30, 2014.
3. The Defendant is an individual who forged the foregoing at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
