1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up B 14 years old descendants C.

B. D’s annual report published in 1980 (E; hereinafter “E”) included 17 years of age F’s age F’s children and 18 years of age G and H only as F’s children.

C. However, B B B Daedong (I; hereinafter “B Dong Dongdong”) published in 1989 and B B B B Dong Dong Dong Dongdong published in 2007, hereinafter “W Dong Dong Dong Dongdong in 2007.”

B. Determination 1 of the family clans are made and distributed based on the family clans set up in order for the clans to clarify the scope of the clans, on which the family clans or the clans are recorded and distributed by stating the blood, spouse, and personal history of the entire descendants, and it can be recognized that the family clans were fabricated.
