Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant came to know that her husband C is a victim D (ma, 63 years of age) and internal relationship with her husband, and tried to confirm this content from the victim, and suggested E to find the victim together with her husband, and E consented thereto.

1. 2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) along with E, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1). The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), shall take the head of the victim on the ground that the victim escaped, shall be sealed into the back seat of the driver’s seat of the above vehicle, and shall have the body of the victim moved into the driver’s seat, and E shall have the victim moved into the driver’s seat.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with E, inflicted an injury on the climatic salt that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
