A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a victim C (a person, a woman, 37 years of age) and a dead money; and (b) was a victim from March 31, 2016 to a “E” restaurant located in the Chang-gu, Chang-si, Chang-si operated by the Defendant, Chang-si, which was operated by the Defendant.

1. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on April 7, 2016, following the above restaurant on April 21, 2016, the victimized person extracted coffee, and (b) took the bath against the injured person, and (c) took the bath against the injured person only once, and (d) took the two arms against the injured person.

While the Defendant continued to divide a conversation with the victim into two parts, the Defendant tried to have the victim be able to have a dancing by putting his/her own arms into the restaurant, but the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by inducing the victim more than three times by putting him/her into the restaurant.

2. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant, at around 12:45, committed an indecent act by force on April 9, 2015, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s hand over his/her hand at the above restaurant gate, looking at the clocket for a military event event, and reporting that the victim was sprinking with the sprink and sprinking him/her, and committing an indecent act by force.
