A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On January 16, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment due to the charge of forging official documents at the Incheon District Court on January 16, 202, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 24, 2020.

2. 공문서 위조 및 위조 공문서 행사 피고인은 2018. 7. 25. 경 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서 워드 프로세서를 이용하여 ‘ 예치 금 확인 증’ 이라는 제목으로, 금액란에 ‘ 一金 壹阡五百六拾萬 (15,600,000) 원’, 내용 란에 ‘ 상기 금액을 남동구 F 소재 구유지 460평 예치 일로부터 1년 후 공시싯가로 불하 받는 조건으로 아래와 같이 명시된 분에게 우선으로 불하 받는 권리를 준다.
